Named after the gemstone that captivates with its color-changing hues, Opal aptly reflects the diversity of our extensive product range. Opal transcends the notion of a single AI solution by delivering a suite designed to offer our users precise insights and tailored recommendations. It operates as the intellectual core of our suite, analyzing data to provide contextual insights. Moreover, Opal aids in content creation by generating various content options. Beyond that, it serves as a trusted assistant, supporting our users as they navigate through our product line.

In essence, Opal represents the comprehensive experience we strive to craft for our users.

As a key contributor on Opal, I collaborated with the engineering team to integrate a unified UX into every product, harnessing the full potential of our technology.

To provide the intricate “account-level insights” we envision, there’s more progress to be made. Nonetheless, the robust foundation we have laid has significantly deepened our understanding of the technology, guiding our focus toward achieving the zenith of Opal’s capabilities.
